Mossy Rock Designs Spotlight & Giveaway!!

If you've been here much at all, you know we are adopting, and you know I have a passion for adoption.  So much of me wishes I had a big ol' pile of money just sitting around ~ to not only pay for our own adoption, but to help others do the same!  (In my head, my pile of money is much like Scrooge McDuck's and I like to open the door and dive into the gold coins and swim.....anybody else remember DuckTales?!)  Anyhoo....one way I can support others in their adoption journey is bring them some awareness, so from time to time, I'll be featuring an adoptive family and their fundraising adventures!  And guess what?  The first one is today, and it includes a GIVEAWAY!!!

Our first spotlight is (drumroll, please....) Katie Bradley of Mossy Rock Designs!!

Katie is a stay at home momma of two boys, a wife, daughter, and friend.  She and her family are in the process of adopting their daughter from Ethiopia.  Her passion is creating watercolor and ink nursery art, and she has also recently illustrated two children's books (one is Miss Bunny, Mrs Mouse and Me)!  Seriously, this girl has TALENT!!  Lucky for us, she has an etsy shop, and 100% of her profits go towards bringing her daughter home.

UPrinting.com Giveaway

I was recently contacted by UPrinting.com to host a giveaway - and who doesn't like a giveaway?!  I love to pass along great deals....so here's the lowdown....
The winner will receive:  500 pieces of letterhead (5.5"x8.5", 70lb offset, front only printing, 4 business days print turnaround time, and free shipping!)  I was checking out their website and this package is valued at almost $90!!

Etsy Spotlight and GIVEAWAY!!!!

My friend Katie is one of the most creative and crafty girls I know (not to mention one of the sweetest)!  We graduated from the same college (I would like to say the same year....but I'll admit I'm older!), and are both transplants to the same area where our husbands grew up.  We get to work together with our church's youth group and I love to be able to see and hear the crafty things she is coming up with!

Lucky for us, Katie just recently opened up an Etsy shop, KDG Design Co!  She is currently featuring some great baby bracelets, key fobs, and dog collars.....and she is giving away an item of your choice to the winner of my very first GIVEAWAY!!!

Her adorable baby bracelets have been appearing on quite a few little cuties I've seen lately.  She uses a lobster claw clasp so no matter how active your little princess is, she won't be able to rip it off :)  The bracelets can be customized with colors you like, Baby's birthstone, or to match a special outfit!  I also love her key fobs....I was just browsing her ribbon collection (which I'm totally jealous of!) in her craft closet last night and I'm trying to decide which key fob to order.  Here's my favorite one in the shop...cute, right?

And finally, the dog collars!  Katie surprised me one day with the perfect collar for our Jakey...Go Steelers!

Not only is the collar cute (at least if you are a Pittsburgh fan), but it is durable and built to last!  Since I know Katie personally, I know she would never sell anything in her store that would be less than perfect!!
