Rat Cookies

Earlier this week we received a special Christmas package in the mail from Kana, a Japanese student who stayed with us for three weeks a few years ago.  She sent the kids some Disney, Hello Kitty, and Pokemon items, and also sent lots of Japanese candy, cookies, and other treats!  We've tried a few of them by now and this morning after breakfast I let the kids open another treat (stellar parenting, I know!)  We picked a box that looked like it had something similar to animal crackers, and the names of the animals were written (in English) on them.  Cute!

They tasted pretty good too!  But I do question their choice of animals......

Rat and Pigeon?  MMM.....tasty!  (The "furseal" did make me laugh.)
